Transportation
Check-In will be at Holyoke Community College (HCC), in the Campus Center, 1st Floor Lobby on Friday and Saturday morning beginning at 8:00 AM.
There will be parking available, in front of the Campus Center (Lot S) - use Lot E to access Lot S (see Campus Map).

On-site conference organizers suggest that if you are flying in, the nearest major airport is Bradley International Airport in Connecticut. The drive to Holyoke is approximately 35 minutes, so we suggest you plan accordingly.

Lodging
As this year’s conference approaches, we want to share lodging information to help you make your plans. Below is a list of preferred hotels in the vicinity of the conference site as well as a list of area hotels should you want to make your own plans. We are working with our partners at Holyoke Community College to provide transportation to the conference site and will share more information as it becomes available.
Special Conference Rates
La Quinta Hotel in Springfield
A block of 20 rooms has been secured at a nightly rate of $209. Conference attendees must book before October 1st to obtain this rate. You can book directly at this link.

Block of 10 rooms has been secured for 10/13 and 10/14 only at a nightly rate of $159. Conference attendees must book by August 29th to obtain this rate. You can book directly at this link.

Block of 16 rooms has been secured at a nighly rate of $120 from 10/14 to 10/16. Conference attendees must book before September 14th to obtain this rate. You can book directly at this link.
Fairfield Inn by Marriott, Enfield, CT
A block of 15 single occupancy rooms have been secured for 10/14 to 10/16 at a nightly rate of $199. Conference attendees must book before September 15th to obtain this rate. You can book directly at this link.
Travel Grants
PRSA is delighted to be able to offer a limited amount of travel grants to graduate students to help offset the cost of conference travel. Eight $500 grants will be awarded to eight eligible participants on a need-basis. All graduate students registered to present at PRSA are eligible to apply. To apply, please complete the form by September 9th.
